Can a guy in Colorado give up his parental rights or does the woman or courts have to allow him to?
A guy I know is going to court because he had a one night stand with a girl and she subpoened him and another guy to court for dna testing and then it is also a court hearing for child support. She said she is going to let him sign his rights away but is this even possible? Plus I dont really trust her. She is at the moment single and is on drugs. The courts are making him take health insurance info and pay stubs etc to court. Does anyone know? thanks – it is in Adams County Colorado.
Someone has to permit it leaglly; otherwise it’s just abandonment and not valid
