What percentage of Mexicans/Hispanics in Los Angeles don’t speak Spanish?
Either you are Mexican or Hispanic to answer this question or found some online source to back up your claim. I am interested in dating a Mexican/Hispanic but don’t want to be with someone who is fluent in Spanish. I am curious what percentage of Los Angeles Hispanics speak Spanish. If you can give a online source you’ll probably get the best answer choice. Also, any stupid responses will be flagged. Thank you.
I’m not exactly sure….if the person was born and raised in Mexico they speak Spanish. If the person was born in the States but has Mexican parents born and raised in Mexico it’s probably around 90% who speak Spanish (this shouldn’t be a problem though because seeing that they were raised in the States they speak English as well). Mexicans or Latinos who usually don’t speak Spanish are usually 3-4-+ generation-Mexicans/Latinos. If you want to date a Mexican or Latino girl but are afraid she’ll only speak Spanish, the best bet is to date someone born in the States or who came as a child……or better yet, if you’re cute and sweet why not teach her to speak English?
