What are women on personal dating sites really looking for. I’m confused . Please help.?

For the most part women convey through their text that they are looking for a man that is kind, sweet, sensitive, confident, self assured and strong willed. I do feel that I possess these attributes and more. Don’t get me wrong. I have many faults that I don’t discuss when writing or responding to a womans profile. I do feel that in most cases that I possess the intangibles that they are looking for in a man and a potential partner. I continuously write to women in the hopes of starting up conversations without receiving any feedback at all. I continue to try with others yet the rejection is making me wonder if it’s really the avenue in which to meet someone unique and special. Am I being judged superficially by photos perhaps. Just curious. Are women weeding me out perhaps based on my looks alone. I realize that on these sites 100 guys write to every 1 girl and it’s difficult to find the time to write back to each one. However, this happens 99 % of the time with me. Am I alone
